In 2005, the Hellenic Lawyers Association (HLA) was founded to establish a network of members within the legal profession and to provide opportunities for professional development.   HLA is a non-profit organization comprised of legal professionals of Hellenic descent and Philhellenes who seek to foster community, fellowship, legal scholarship and professional development while strengthening our ties to Hellenism and the broader community.

HLA strives to uphold the honor and dignity of the legal profession, promote the welfare of the community, and foster public understanding and respect for the law. Committed to celebrating the influence of Hellenism in the legal field, HLA provides mentorship to law students, offers scholarship opportunities, and cultivates the next generation of ethical and knowledgeable legal professionals.
